Message	Having known many a cop, it's simply an unwritten rule. Basically, if you're a traffic cop and at the end of the month you have a hell of a lot less tickets issued than the average, you get "leaned on". No official letters, no official warnings, no paperwork that says you have to write XXX amount of tickets. HOWEVER, the "expected amount" is there and if you don't do it, you get a talk or get passed over for rewards, etc. Quotas are illegal, but they exist. If you think defending quality shops and site sponsors with proven records makes him a whore, then you are the ones with the problem.
